This Privacy Policy describes how InControl Solutions Inc., through its WorkforcePower division ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit workforcepower.ai (the "Website") or communicate with us by email, phone, or other electronic messages.

This policy does not apply to:

data we process on behalf of a client during a consulting or development engagement. That data is handled under our agreement with the client, and the client controls how it is used;
other websites operated by InControl Solutions Inc., which have their own privacy policies; or
third-party websites or services, including those linked from the Website.

By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If we change it, we will post the revised version on this page with a new revision date.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, call us, or submit a contact form, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information about each request to the Website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring page, and date and time. We use this information to operate and secure the Website.

Information from engagements. If you become a client, we collect business contact and billing information needed to deliver the services and invoice for them.

Cookies and tracking

The Website does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not change how the Website works in response to browser "do not track" signals.

How we use personal information

To respond to your questions and requests.
To prepare proposals and provide the services you engage us for.
To send notices about your engagement, including invoices and receipts.
To carry out our contracts and enforce our rights, including billing and collection.
To operate, maintain, and secure the Website.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.

If we deny a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by contacting us at the same address.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, for our business records, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Hosting logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods. Information may remain in backups until those backups expire. Aggregated or de-identified information may be kept indefinitely.

Security

We use measures designed to protect personal information from loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, and the Website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us.

Third-party websites

The Website may link to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of each website you visit.

Children

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
